3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

4. Pre-Orders and Shipment Timing

Certain items may be offered for pre-order at a discounted price. When you place a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your payment method in full at the time the order is placed, even though the product will ship at a later date. Estimated shipment windows for pre-order items (typically 8 to 12 weeks from the order date) are stated on the product page and at checkout. Estimated dates are good-faith projections and may change due to manufacturing or supply factors; if a significant delay occurs, we will notify you and you may request a refund of your pre-order. 5. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders

If you enroll in a subscription or recurring-delivery program, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price and interval until you cancel. You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund orders already processed.

6. Happiness Guarantee and Returns

We stand behind our products with a 90-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied within 90 days of receiving your order, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Specific conditions and instructions are described in our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Promotions, Discounts, and Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, and creator or referral credits are subject to their own terms, may be limited in time or quantity, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. They have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred.
