Return Policy

Our promise: open one pack
We know it is hard to buy a wipe you have not felt. So when your box arrives, open one pack and use it. If it is not the wipe for your family, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the whole box. You do not need to send anything back.

The promise covers your first box, once per household. To use it, reply to your order email or write to chase.linton@storkandsun.com with your order number.

Pre-orders
Restock pre-orders are paid at checkout, in one tap, and delivered by January 15, 2027. You can cancel anytime before your box ships for a full refund: reply to your order email or write to us. If you chose pay-when-it-ships on an earlier pre-order, your card is charged the day your box ships, and cancelling before then costs nothing.

Damaged or wrong items
If your box arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you.

How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once we approve one, your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Tell a friend
Your friends get the same promise. Share your personal code and they get 15% off their first box, and you get a free Single Pack for every friend who orders. How refer-a-friend works
