Sweepstakes — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
- SPONSOR. This Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Stork and Sun LLC, 4613 Dovewood Lane, Sylvania, OH 43560.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on November 30, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received after the Promotion Period ends are not eligible. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER. (a) Online: enroll by submitting your email address (and, optionally, mobile number) through the Sweepstakes sign-up form at www.storkandsun.com. (b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Sweepstakes Entry, Stork and Sun LLC, 4613 Dovewood Lane, Sylvania, OH 43560. Limit one (1) base entry per person and per email address, plus any bonus entries earned under Section 4(c). No purchase or subscription is required, and purchasing or subscribing will not improve your chances of winning.
(c) REFERRAL BONUS ENTRIES. Effective September 17, 2026, each entrant receives a personal referral link by email. For each eligible new entrant who enters during the Promotion Period through that link, using a valid email address not previously entered: the referring entrant receives three (3) bonus entries, up to a maximum of one hundred fifty (150) bonus entries per person. The new entrant does not receive a bonus entry for entering through a referral link; the new entrant receives one (1) base entry and their own personal referral link. Referral bonus entries require no purchase or payment of any kind. Entrants who use the mail-in method and provide an email address will be sent a personal referral link on request. Self-referrals, entries made with addresses the entrant controls, duplicate, fictitious, or automated entries earn no bonus entries and may result in disqualification. Referral links may not be distributed through unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or paid advertising. Bonus entries are not available for entries made before September 17, 2026; entries submitted before that date remain valid and are unaffected.
5. PRIZES. (a) GRAND PRIZE. One (1) winner will receive a one-year supply of Stork & Sun wipes, consisting of nine (9) Stork & Sun 16-Pack wipes delivered over twelve (12) months. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $764.91. (b) REFERRAL PRIZE. In addition, the eligible entrant who has earned the most credited referral bonus entries under Section 4(c) as of the close of the Promotion Period will receive one (1) Stork & Sun 16-Pack (ARV: $89.99). Ties are broken in favor of the entrant who reached that number of credited referrals first. An entrant must have at least one (1) credited referral to be eligible for the Referral Prize, and the Referral Prize winner may also win the Grand Prize. Total ARV of all prizes: $854.90. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable. Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; if the ARV is $600 or more, an IRS Form 1099 may be issued to the winner.
6. ODDS AND WINNER SELECTION. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including bonus entries earned under Section 4(c). Each entry, base or bonus, is one chance in the drawing. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends. The Referral Prize winner will be determined from Sponsor's referral records in the same period; Sponsor's determination of credited referrals is final.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to respond within the stated period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
9. PRIVACY. Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.storkandsun.com/pages/privacy-policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
11. NO PLATFORM AFFILIATION. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest, X, YouTube, or any other social media or third-party platform. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any such platform, and each such platform is released from any and all liability by each entrant.
12. WINNER LIST. To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Sweepstakes Winner Request, Stork and Sun LLC, 4613 Dovewood Lane, Sylvania, OH 43560, after the drawing has been completed.
