Instagram Partner Giveaways — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These rules apply to every short Instagram giveaway that Stork and Sun LLC runs together with a partner brand on the @storkandsun Instagram account (each, a "Giveaway"). They are separate from the Win a Year of Wipes sweepstakes, which has its own Official Rules.

1. SPONSORS. Stork and Sun LLC, 4613 Dovewood Lane, Sylvania, OH 43560 ("Stork & Sun"), together with the partner brand named in the Giveaway post (the "Co-Sponsor").

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a public or private Instagram account in good standing. Employees of either sponsor, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. ENTRY PERIOD. Each Giveaway begins when its post is published on Instagram and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the end date stated in that post, which is seven (7) days after publication unless the post says otherwise.

4. HOW TO ENTER. During the entry period, on the Giveaway post: (a) follow @storkandsun and the Co-Sponsor's Instagram account named in the post, and (b) comment on the post tagging one (1) friend. Each comment that tags a different friend is one (1) entry, up to a maximum of five (5) entries per person per Giveaway. Tagged friends are not entered unless they enter themselves. Entries that do not follow these steps, or that come from accounts created or used to get extra entries, are void.

5. PRIZE. One (1) winner per Giveaway receives the prize described in the Giveaway post, which includes one (1) Stork & Sun 6 Pack (approximate retail value $39.99) plus the Co-Sponsor's products described in the post. The approximate retail value of the full prize is stated in the post. No cash or substitution, except that the sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes ship to US addresses only.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. The winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries within three (3) days after the Giveaway ends and is notified by direct message from the verified @storkandsun account only. We will never ask a winner for a payment, a password or card details; any other account claiming you won is not us. The winner must reply with a US shipping address within seventy-two (72) hours or an alternate winner may be drawn. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By entering, entrants agree to these rules. The sponsors are not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries or for technical problems with Instagram. Winners are responsible for any taxes. The sponsors may cancel or modify a Giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its integrity, subject to applicable law. Information collected is used under our Privacy Policy.

8. NO PLATFORM AFFILIATION. Each Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND WINNER LIST. Governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. For the winner's name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Instagram Giveaway Winner Request, Stork and Sun LLC, 4613 Dovewood Lane, Sylvania, OH 43560.
