Founding 500 Sweepstakes — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
- SPONSOR. The Founding 500 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Stork and Sun LLC, 4613 Dovewood Lane, Sylvania, OH 43560.
2. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on June 7, 2026 and continues until the drawing is conducted as described in Section 6. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. HOW TO ENTER. (a) Online: enroll by submitting your email address (and, optionally, mobile number) through the Founding 500 sign-up form at www.storkandsun.com. (b) Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3x5 card and mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Founding 500 Sweepstakes, Stork and Sun LLC, 4613 Dovewood Lane, Sylvania, OH 43560. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. No purchase or subscription is required, and purchasing or subscribing will not improve your chances of winning.
5. PRIZE. One (1) winner will receive a one-year supply of Stork & Sun wipes, consisting of nine (9) Stork & Sun 16-Pack wipes delivered over twelve (12) months. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $764.91. No cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The prize is non-transferable. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes; if the ARV is $600 or more, an IRS Form 1099 may be issued to the winner.
6. ODDS AND WINNER SELECTION. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor within seven (7) days after the 500th eligible entrant has enrolled. Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing and close the Sweepstakes on an earlier or backstop date at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or fails to respond within the stated period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.
9. PRIVACY. Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.storkandsun.com/pages/privacy-policy.
10. GOVERNING LAW. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
11. WINNER LIST. To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Founding 500 Sweepstakes Winner Request, Stork and Sun LLC, 4613 Dovewood Lane, Sylvania, OH 43560, after the drawing has been completed.
