Welcome to the Stork Squad, the Stork & Sun creator program. These terms explain how the program works, how you earn, and what we expect from each other. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can join

The program is open to content creators, parents, and community members who genuinely use and support Stork & Sun products. We review every application personally. We do not require a minimum follower count. You must be at least 18 years old to participate and receive payouts. Approval is at our discretion, and we may decline or remove any participant.

2. Your creator link and code

Once approved, you receive a unique referral link and discount code. Sales are attributed to you when a customer uses your link or code and completes a qualifying purchase at storkandsun.com. Attribution uses a 30-day cookie window: a customer who clicks your link has up to 30 days to complete a purchase for that sale to be credited to you. You may share your link and code anywhere you create, including Instagram, TikTok, and your blog. All links route to storkandsun.com, where every sale is tracked to you.

3. Commission tiers

Every approved creator starts as an Advocate and can move up the ladder as they grow. Tiers are lifetime: once you reach a tier, you keep it. Your commission rate and perks are determined by your current tier.

  • Advocate — 10% commission. Where every approved creator starts. To film with the product, you purchase a $1 Single Pack (plus shipping). No free sample at this tier.
  • Connector — 15% commission plus a free 60-count sample pack. Unlocked by 1 activated sale or 1 activated referral.
  • Ambassador — 20% commission plus a free 60-count sample pack. Unlocked by 5 activated sales or 5 activated referrals.
  • Partner — 25% commission plus a free 60-count sample pack, early access to product drops, and a seat in our private team and founders’ chat. Unlocked by 15 activated sales or 15 activated referrals.

4. Referrals

You can refer other parents and creators to the program. Referrals count toward your tier exactly like sales. There is no separate cash or store-credit referral bonus. A referral is “activated” when the person you referred is approved and drives at least one tracked sale, so rewards only fire on real results. Every activated referral moves you toward the next tier the same way an activated sale does.

5. How and when you get paid

You earn commission on every tracked, qualifying sale from your link or code at your current tier rate. Commission for each order is paid on a 7-day schedule after that order’s return window closes. This ensures payouts reflect completed, non-returned sales. You are responsible for any taxes owed on the income you earn through the program.

6. What we ask of you

Post honest, authentic content about products you actually use. Follow all applicable advertising and disclosure rules, including clearly disclosing your relationship with Stork & Sun (for example, using #ad or a similar clear disclosure) as required by the FTC and applicable law. Do not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about our products. Do not bid on Stork & Sun trademarks in paid search, use spam, or engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or self-referral activity. Self-purchases through your own link or code do not qualify for commission.

7. Content and permissions

You retain ownership of the content you create. By participating, you grant Stork & Sun a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare and repurpose content you post about us across our marketing channels, with credit where practical. Separate written consent may be requested for specific uses.

8. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may update these terms or the program structure from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version. Because tiers are lifetime, an earned tier will not be reduced due to inactivity. We may suspend or remove a participant, and withhold or reverse commission tied to canceled, returned, fraudulent, or ineligible orders. Either party may end participation at any time. Earned, qualifying commission already payable will be paid.
